What's better than a fun, unique engagement shoot? Um, how about a full day of snowboarding before!

Lucas and Sanne are good friends of ours, and, with one other couple, we all went up to Mammoth Mtn for a Valentine's Day weekend snowboarding trip.  

 

 

Since most of my engagement shoots are in Los Angeles or Venice Beach, an engagement shoot in the snow was refreshing (partly because it was freezing).

  

 

I love how fresh they look-- and completely relaxed since we'd just come in off the mountain to catch that golden hour. I couldn't ask for a easier, more relaxed, more fun shoot!

 

  

 

 Thanks guys for the fun shoot!  (And for braving the cold in your t-shirts).  I can't wait for the wedding!

Oh, and just a little tidbit-- I crocheted Sanne's hat!  My new little hobby... and it looks so cute on her!
